Welcome to the HPL Tai-chi Club web page!
Tai-chi Chuan is a Chinese form of martial arts that is often practiced for fitness and stress reduction. Benefits of Tai-chi include improved coordination, balance, flexibility, and leg strength. We focus on the basics of Tai-chi training: physical conditioning, Tai-chi principles, and the Yang-style Long Form. If you would like to join the Club, please contact enorth@hpl.umces.edu.
